Crazy?

Unforunatelly along with any mental illness diagnosis there is an intense stigma that goes along with it. There are many reasons why people develop certain mental illnesses and it is not their 'fault'. It is also not always something you are born with, PTSD can result from many different things, and like all mental illnesses, does not mean that you are 'crazy'. As the video above will demonstrate, you may feel like you are 'losing your mind' but you are not.

PTSD Symptoms

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder has four specific symptoms.

  1. Intrusive (thoughts or memories)
