Welcome to Craig Eliason's Web Pages

The Art Historians' Guide to the Movies
(http://personal.stthomas.edu/cdeliason/ahgttm.htm)
This is a website I created in 1997 and have been maintaining ever since. It indexes appearances of and references to famous works of art and architecture in motion pictures. Most of the entries have been submitted by art historians all over the world. New entries are welcome: click on "Submit a citation" on the site.
Revising the Introductory Curriculum
(http://personal.stthomas.edu/cdeliason/RevisingIntroAH.pdf)
This is a report I wrote in the fall of 2004 in preparation for a departmental review and revision of the introductory art history courses taught at St. Thomas. It discusses the courses' goals, pedagogy, scope, and textbooks. While it is geared to our particular departmental needs, I have posted it here with the thought that it might be useful to other professors in the discipline who are pondering their own curricular review. Comments are welcome to the email address below.
The Daily Pangram
(http://dailypangram.blogspot.com)
This is a blog of original pangrams. Pangrams are short texts that include every letter of the alphabet. Comments are welcome on the site.
